The Altar: The Place Of Sacrifice

I had an encounter with the Lord that took place at the Wild Celtic Women Conference in January 2015, it was at the end of two days of intensive presence of the fear of the Lord. During this time, it was reported the sphere of heavens inflence/presence was felt two miles away from the conference centre. Wow!

In this encounter, He (The Lord) brought me the dance floor… The dance floor of romancing waltz turned into fire and a water fountain, all at the same time, sorrow and love mingled, flowed down.“Incendium Amoris” God is a consuming fire requiring sanctity. The fire, the melody of love.

The Seraphim hung crucified on the cross interchanging with the faces of God, blowing billows of fire onto the dance floor where people were worshipping dancing, romancing with their beloved Jesus. The fire glowed red-orange flames, incendium amoris came to mind, realizing that the floor had become a huge Altar of fire, burning coals. People began to walk onto the Altar, they became the Altar. The place of consecration, burning up their human sacrifice until they were all consumed to ashes.

On the mountain, Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son Isaac, this mountain of consecration. Therefore, Isaac is a type of Christ’s substitutionary atonement for sin according to Genesis 22:13.

“Then Abraham looked up and glanced around, and behold, behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering and an ascending sacrifice instead of his son!” (AMP)

“I appeal to you therefore, brethren, and beg of you in view of all the mercies of God, to make a decisive dedication of your bodies presenting all your members and faculties as a living sacrifice, holy devoted, consecrated and well pleasing to God, which is your reasonable, rational, intelligent service and spiritual worship.” (Romans 12:1-2 AMP)

The fire comes ultimately to Prepare us for Holy Union with Christ! The fire consumes all things, and nothing resists it’s activity. It consumes all impurity within us to prepare us for Divine Union. The sweet fragrant smoke, ascends up as a sacrificial incense offering to the nostrils of the Almighty God. “Noah built an Altar to the Lord, taking every clean animal and every clean bird and offered burnt offerings on the Altar. The Lord smelled the soothing aroma and the Lord said to Himself, I will never again curse the ground on account of man, for the intent of man’s heart is evil from youth; I will never again destroy every living thing.” (Genesis 8:20-21)

The fire began to quell leaving only ash. God has sent me to give them a beautiful crown in exchange for ashes (Isaiah 61: 3), I looked up into Heaven to see the Lord God’s face pierce through a thin translucent atmosphere skin and sniff up the ash offering. As the fragrant offering entered his lungs the vapours exchanged into transparency of white mist. I could see the vapours traveling down his tubes into his belly, the misty particle transfiguring the purest white orb’s into living human beings in an internal dimension. So huge, so limitless- out of time and space. The Lord said this is a place of transformation; we are stepping into eternity. Seeing whole villages, towns appearing, whole communities spring up into life.

  1. I am sitting behind Jane at the Days of Wonder conference in Wales. She is amazing. The spirit that flows out of her is beautiful. It is wonderful to be in this atmosphere with her and Molly Bennett and other mighty woman of valor worshipping the redeemer and lover of our soul.
